The nominees have been announced for the upcoming 50th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards hosted again by Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton airing live from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Tx, April 19th on CBS.
The leading nominees are Miranda Lambert with 8 nominations, Dierks Bentley with 7, Florida Georgia Line with 5 and Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney & Eric Church with 4 nominations each.
There is also stiff competition in the new artist category with Kip Moore, Brett Eldredge, Thomas Rhett, Cole Swindell, Tyler Farr, Sam Hunt, Dan+Shay and Chase Rice all competing for the coveted honors.
Fans will once again help select the ACM New Artist of the Year, as well as the Entertainer of the Year trophy.
