Warner Music NashvilleFor Blake Shelton, it looks like honesty really is the best policy.  This week, both his new album If I’m Honest and its first single, “Came Here to Forget,” ascend to number one on the charts.

“At almost 40 years old and 15 years in this business, who would’ve ever thought I would have the biggest week of my career now?” the star of The Voice asks. “Number one album, number one song and number one movie. I am beside myself my friends. Thank you for an incredible journey.”

Blake both voices the part of Earl the pig in The Angry Birds Movie, and contributed the track “Friends” to the soundtrack. While he’s performed both “Go Ahead and Break My Heart” with girlfriend Gwen Stefani and “Savior’s Shadow” on national TV, there’s no official word on a new single to follow his 17th number one in a row.
