ABC/Image Group LA It seems Jimmy FallonLittle Big TownKacey Musgraves and Midland must have a little something up their sleeves.

The three country hitmakers are set to be the musical guests on The Tonight Show Wednesday, though it’s not clear exactly why they’re teaming up — or what they’ll be doing. Find out starting at 11:35 p.m. ET on NBC.

Little Big Town’s media tour of the Big Apple continues on Friday, as the CMA and ACM Vocal Group of the Year stops by The View, and it’s a good bet they’ll sing their latest hit, “When Someone Stops Loving You.”

“Yeah, we love this song… and we do like a good 6/8 country ballad,” Karen Fairchild jokes, as the rest of the band laughs.

“When Someone Stops Loving You” comes from two of the same writers behind LBT’s smash 6/8 ballad, “Girl Crush”: Lori McKenna and Hillary Lindsey, along with Chase McGill.

“I love the kind of, like, everyday man’s poetry that’s in that song,” Karen continues. “You know, it’s like we’ve all felt that and I love that it says, ‘It don’t make the evening news.’ I think when we heard the demo of them singing it when they wrote it, we were like, ‘Gah!’ Everybody else’s life goes on, and you’re back there in pain, and this song really says that really well.”

The third single from Little Big Town’s CMA-nominated The Breaker album is currently making its way up the country chart. You can see them on The View starting at 10 a.m. Friday on ABC.
