Arista Nashville/RCA Records“Burning House” already nabbed Cam a Grammy nomination for Best Country Solo Performance and is currently sitting at number four on the charts, with a good shot at going to number one. Now, Cam’s breakthrough hit is grabbing even more honors.

The California native learned during her recent Today show appearance that the song has been certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America.  Now her label, Arista Nashville/RCA Records, says that makes Cam the only female country artist this year to sell a million copies of a single from her major-label debut. Rolling Stone Country also ranked the single from Untamed number one of its “25 Best Country Songs of 2015.”

Cam plays the Grand Ole Opry at the Ryman January 8, before heading out on the Crushin’ It World Tour January 21 with Brad Paisley and Eric Paslay.
