Arista NashvilleAt her number one party for “Heartbeat” and “Church Bells” Thursday in Nashville, Carrie Underwood revealed her next single from her Storyteller album will be the song “Dirty Laundry.” It seems it’s a subject the mother of a one-year-old knows a thing or two about.
“I feel like I do laundry every day, like I’m not sure where it all comes from — I mean, there’s only three of us, and one of us is very small. So, I’m really not sure how we have so much!”
She demonstrated one possible reason earlier in the day, posting an adorable photo of her son Isaiah on social media, after he’d had a “blowout.”
“I’m still a mom, first and foremost,” she explained, “and like this morning, I was like, ‘Oh it’s going to be a really busy day, so I just want to just be here and just play with him all morning.’ And that’s what I got for it!” she laughed. “We both had to change our clothes, so it happens! I think Ajax should sponsor my life, maybe!”
Carrie returns to the Grand Ole Opry for the second time this week, playing both of the Friday-night shows this evening.
