Capitol NashvilleLady Antebellum certainly finds ways to keep themselves entertained on the road.
Band member Dave Haywood threw an apple on the roof of the Calgary Saddledome in Canada when they played there in 2009, and he's kept that tradition alive at the Saddledome every time they've played there since
In the latest installment of the group's webisode series, Dave holds his fourth apple-tossing ceremony and succeeds at throwing the piece of fruit on top of the building.
After achieving his goal, Dave says, "Now my arm's exhausted, and I can't play guitar, but it was fun."

We thought how fun would it be to hit several of these and bring the good times to the field!” His musical partner, Tyler Hubbard, adds, "Summer can’t get here fast enough. Frank Micelotta/PictureGroupThe lineup of stars set to take the stage at next month's Academy of Country Music Awards has just expanded. Eric Church, Toby Keith and Lady Antebellum -- with special guest Stevie Nicks -- will all perform on the show, which will air on CBS on April 6.
These new additions join a lineup that already includes Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton, George Strait, Keith Urban, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, The Band Perry, and Jason Aldean. Luke and Blake are also co-hosting the show. Miranda and Tim McGraw are the leading ACM nominees this year, with seven nods apiece.
It's not surprising that Stevie Nicks will be joining Lady A for the performance. The Fleetwood Mac frontwoman appeared on CMT Crossroads with the group last year, and the two acts have stayed in touch and remained friends since.
In fact, Stevie has been spoiling Eisele [EYES-lee], the baby daughter of Lady A's Hillary Scott, by sending her gifts of fabulous baby clothes.
"She's definitely taken her wardrobe up a few notches than what she had originally," Hillary told ABC News Radio last year.
Columbia NashvilleGiven country music's conservative reputation, you'd think Miranda Lambert singing a song mentioning a cross-dresser would raise an eyebrow or two. Surprisingly, no one seemed to notice when Miranda's top-20 single, "All Kinds of Kinds," brought the story of Thomasina, the cross-dressing congressman, to country airwaves.
Miranda tells SPIN, "It's pretty crazy that country radio embraced cross-dressing and played it on the radio. It's fricking awesome, actually. I think it's really cool that that song was able to be a single."
Now that she's 30, Miranda says "All Kinds of Kinds" is an indication of her changing attitude towards people who are different than she.
"I had to just sort of come to this realization that it was all about being who you are, no matter what you are about, where you come from, what color you are, or if you're gay or straight, or whatever it is, Miranda explains. "I was just getting to that point in my life where I was starting to accept people for who they are, and myself."
"All Kinds of Kinds" is the last single from Miranda's album, Four the Record. Her new album, Platinum, comes out this June featuring the lead single, "Automatic."
ABC News RadioFloridaGeorgia Line has been on a rocket ride to the top ever since their hit, "Cruise," came out in 2012. The duo's sudden success was a shock even to them, but they're doing their best to enjoy their good fortune.
"We get to do what we love every single night," says FGL's Tyler Hubbard. "It's a very blessed life that we live. We worked hard to get here, so we're enjoying the fruits of our labor. We're just trying to make the best of it. Make smart decisions, and hopefully keep this thing going for a while."
Tyler's duo partner, Brian Kelley, agrees, saying, "Every day we wake up, it's like, 'Is this really our life?' Things don't happen this quick and this fast."
Above all, Florida Georgia Line is thrilled to lead country's new wave and bring young fans into the format.
Brian says, "It's just a really cool time in country music. It really is. People are taking chances. A lot of great new artists. A lot of older artists that are still creating great country music. We just feel like the luckiest dudes to be a part of it."
Look for Florida Georgia Line to make a major announcement Friday morning.
Big Machine RecordsTim McGraw went for a sexy, James Bond feel in his new video for "Lookin' for That Girl." The clip premieres Thursday on Extra, and Tim gave their cameras an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the video shoot.
He says, "It’s not coming from my point of view, so to speak. It’s more about just sort of a character in a movie or a character in a song, and I just happen to be the one singing about it.”
"Lookin' for That Girl" is the lead single from Tim's upcoming studio album, due out later this year.
Taylor Swift via InstagramTaylor Swift is known for her love of baking, so it was a big thrill for Taylor to hit the kitchen with food guru Ina Garten, also known as "The Barefoot Contessa." Taylor posted a photo of herself with Ina on Instagram on Thursday.
The caption reads, "A day cooking of cooking in the Hamptons with my HERO. How bad can that be?" The Hamptons is an upscale part of Long Island, New York, where many top celebrities have homes.
Taylor also tagged the Food Network in her post, so you can bet this day of cooking will be featured on the network in some form down the line.
