ACL Music FestivalIf you’re a fan of fine, fine music – and of course you are – you need to get yourself to Austin, Texas this fall for the 15th annual Austin City Limits Music Festival, which this year celebrates their milestone anniversary with a talent lineup that’s even more impressive than the fest’s usual A-list roster.

Grammy, ACM and CMA winner Chris Stapleton tops the bill, along with Willie Nelson and Kacey Musgraves.  Rockers Radiohead and Mumford & Sons, as well as rapper Kendrick Lamar, will also top the diverse bill for the festival, which takes place across two consecutive weekends – September 30-October 2, and October 7-9 – at Austin’s Zilker Park.  More than 130 bands will play on a total of eight stages during the the festival . 

In anticipatation of the crowds and in response to feedback from past attendees, organizers say they’ve taken numerous steps to make this year’s festival a better experience for all, including more water stations and improved concessions and shopping, a family entrance and shaded “Austin Kiddle Limits”area, and adjusted stage placement for better sound and crowd control.
