CMA/Image Group LACountry is still king when it comes to the jukebox. That’s according to the year-end rankings from TouchTunes, the company that supplies interactive music players for bars and restaurants across the U.S.

Eric Church is the most-played artist across the board, and what’s even more impressive is that 60 percent of the top ten is country.

Garth Brooks’ “Friends in Low Places” is 2015’s most-played country song, coming in at number two, ceding the overall top spot to British pop star Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud.” Little Big Town has the highest ranking contemporary country tune with their smash “Girl Crush,” finishing ahead of aongs by Queen and Maroon 5 at number 3.

TouchTunes also tabulated the most popular artists by metro area. Luke Bryan is the man in Boston and Chicago, while George Strait remains king in Dallas and Houston. You can check out all the rankings online.
