You’ll see clips of “Night’s on Fire” at the end of the first and third quarters, with an extended piece of the live performance video set to roll at halftime. Oklahoma takes on Baylor at 8 p.m. ET Saturday night on ABC.
The first single from David’s forthcoming album, Fighter, will also be heard during Plays of the Week on ESPN’s SportsCenter Sunday. If you’re an avid football watcher, you might’ve already noticed David’s song “Good at Tonight” being used during college football coverage earlier this year.
This weekend, David continues his stint on Darius Rucker’s Southern Style tour with A Thousand Horses, making stops in Green Bay, WI, Moline, IL and Grand Rapids, MI. David and his wife Catherine are also expecting their first little ones — twins — before the end of the year.
