Country Music AssociationIf you happen to be disappointed because you weren’t able to snag one of the sold-out seats to the nightly concerts at Nissan Stadium during this year’s CMA Music Festival, the newly announced lineup for the free, daytime Riverfront Stage should make you feel better. The Country Music Association revealed the 2016 schedule Tuesday on the festival’s smartphone app.

Jake Owen kicks off the star-studded lineup Thursday at 10 a.m. CT, with Brothers Osborne, Maddie & Tae, Chris Janson, Maren Morris, Scotty McCreery and more rounding out the day. On Friday, Brandy Clark takes the stage on the banks of the Cumberland, followed by Eric Paslay, Chase Bryant, Nashville’s Charles Esten and others.

Love and Theft help get the party started on Saturday, with Chris Lane, Jana Kramer, Canaan Smith, and Michael Ray occupying the subsequent spots. On Sunday, it’s Kellie Pickler, Parmalee, Jon Pardi, Granger Smith, Cam, Tyler Farr, Old Dominion and LOCASH, just to name a few.

The 2016 CMA Music Festival takes over downtown Nashville June 9-12. Next Tuesday, the CMA will roll out the talent for the Park Stage on the app as well.
