Keith is teaming up with John Mellencamp for a performance of “Pink Houses,” and Blake will be featured in a pre-taped segment visiting a mobile health clinic in Los Angeles.
The Red Nose Day special seeks to raise money to help lift children out of poverty in the United States and abroad. Jimmy Fallon, Zac Efron and Liam Neeson are among the other stars appearing on the special Thursday night at 8 ET on NBC.
