ABC/Image Group LAKelsea Ballerini is spending some much-deserved time off in Australia — her new husband Morgan Evans’ home country. While the singer is enjoying her down time with her hubby and plenty of kangaroos, she’s also taking a look back at her whirlwind year and wedding day in a series of Instagram posts.
“Every detail was a dream,” Kelsea gushes, alongside a photo of herself and Morgan on the beach the day they said “I do.”
The singer included seven additional photos that share a glimpse of her special oceanside wedding earlier this month in Cabo San Lucas. While one shot includes a close-up of the bouquets her bridal party held as they walked down the aisle, additional photos showcase the place settings at dinner, a beautiful four-tier gold wedding cake and the picturesque view at sunset.
As 2017 comes to a close, Kelsea also looks back fondly at the making of her sophomore album, Unapologetically, with a photo from the journal she kept when jotting down ideas for the creation of the project.
“Thanks for loving Unapologetically like you have. 2017 highlight for sure,” she adds.
