ABC/Image Group LA On Thursday, Kenny Chesney fans will finally get to hear the lead single from his next album, as “Noise” is released to country radio. If you just can’t wait, you can get a tiny sneak peek now, in promo videos posted on the superstar’s social media. They feature Kenny talking about the tune, with a sample of the song mixed in– all to promote a mysterious Facebook event set to start at 3:45 p.m. CT on Thursday.
To intensify the drama, Kenny’s camp also delivered grey and black t-shirts to media outlets on Wednesday, complete with a ransom-note style message that spells out the particulars of the Facebook event in mismatched cut-and-paste letters. The front of the shirt features an abstract drawing of what appears to be an open mouth, with the quote “We scream, we shout in the streets, in the crowds.” On the back is Kenny’s No Shoes Nation logo.
