Donn Jones/CMAYou can now add Luke Bryan to your Thanksgiving Day schedule of TV watching. The CMA and ACM Entertainer of the Year will kick off the Salvation Army’s 125th Red Kettle Campaign with a live performance from AT&T Stadium during halftime of the Dallas Cowboys game.

“As a football fan, I’m especially excited to be performing on Thanksgiving Day,” Luke says. “It’s also an honor to spotlight two great organizations like Dallas Cowboys and The Salvation Army and raise awareness for all the great work they do.” Running from Thanksgiving to Christmas Eve, the holiday fundraiser provides meals and shelter for families, as well as Christmas toys for millions of kids.

Luke follows in the footsteps of superstars like Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood and Reba, who’ve performed the turkey day honors in the past. The Cowboys take on the Carolina Panthers November 26, starting at 3:30 p.m. CT on CBS.
