A 59-year-old Minnesota man has lost his license for driving too slowly on the highway, and an appeals court says he can’t have it back.
He had gotten nine warnings about his driving…one time he was going 30-45mph on a highway with a 55 mph speed limit.
He doesn’t understand why cops have a problem with his driving. He says it’s not like he’s drinking or smoking while driving.
He drives slowly to save on gas and to avoid hitting “critters.”
The appeals court said going that slow creates dangerous driving conditions for everyone else and said he can’t have his license back.
