CMA/Image Group LAWhile we already knew Loretta Lynn and Kelsea Ballerini were being honored at Billboard’s Women in Music gala today in New York City, the gathering just doubled its star power, as we learned who’ll be presenting the honors. Martina McBride will give Loretta the Legend award, while Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott will bestow the Rising Star mantle on Kelsea Ballerini.
