Country newcomer Kelsea Ballerini got a big thumbs up from Taylor Swift Monday. The pop superstar tweeted, “Driving around with the Kelsea Ballerini EP on repeat.. SO lovely.” Kelsea posted a screenshot of Taylor’s tweet to Instagram with the caption, “This just happened and I can’t even.”
