Keith Urban will be honored with the Artist Humanitarian Award at next year’s Country Radio Seminar in Music City. This year’s recipients, Lady Antebellum, will give him the trophy.
Sam Hunt will perform his latest hit “Breakup in a Small Town” tonight on the season nine finale of The Voice at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. Ricky Skaggs also will duet with finalist Emily Ann Roberts on his number one from 1985, “Country Boy.”
The T.J. Martell Foundation will give Kenny Rogers the Tony Martell Lifetime Entertainment Achievement Award at its 8th Annual Nashville Honors Gala February 29 at the Omni Nashville Hotel.
Scotty McCreery recently picked up his BMI Top 50 Country Song of the Year Award for his hit “See You Tonight,” after he was forced to miss last month’s ceremony because of a prior commitment.
