The Country Music Association has revealed the names of its 2016 Board of Directors. Personalities on the long list you might recognize — Brett Eldredge, Kix Brooks, Luke Bryan, Rascal Flatts‘ Jay DeMarcus, Little Big Town‘s Karen Fairchild, Darius Rucker and Chris Young.
With his typical twisted sense of humor, Blake Shelton high-fived Dierks Bentley on social media for taking over for him as co-host of the Academy of Country Music Awards. “Hey @DierksBentley congrats on co-hosting the @ACMawards!” he tweeted. “You’ve got 3 months to learn how to read. You’ll be great!”
