Former University of Tennessee quarterback Peyton Manning joined his pal Kenny Chesney onstage Friday night while he sang “The Boys of Fall” during his show leading up to the UT/Virginia Tech matchup on Saturday.
George Strait played two shows at Las Vegas’s T-Mobile Arena over the weekend, paying tribute to Merle Haggard on Friday with classics like “Mama Tried” and “Workin’ Man Blues.” Frequent collaborator Dean Dillon also joined him for part of the set.
