A dog from Royal City, Washington is one lucky penny!
A seven month old Vizsla named Penny ran away from her owner’s office on December 19th. A semi-truck driver found her, picked her up and traveled with her across the country to Pittsburgh. He dropped her off at an animal clinic where she was scanned her for a microchip, and it was then her owners were discovered.
The clinic found a nearby animal rescue group willing to pick up the dog and take her to Baltimore.
From Baltimore, Alaska Airlines then flew her home for free! She arrived at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on Friday night, much to the delight of her owners!
