Early Saturday morning, Riley County Police arrested 30 year old James Henry Schuyler on multiple counts of possession, distribution , and manufacturing opiates and stimulants . The Manhattan resident was taken into custody on the 900 block of North 3rd street. Schuyler was also charged with criminal use of weapons and possession of firearms. At the time of this report Schuyler was confined at Riley county jail with bond set at $71,000.
