The date is significant, because Sam’s debut album Montevallo was released exactly one year ago on that day. Since then, he’s charted three number-one singles in a row:  “Leave the Night On,” “Take Your Time” and “House Party.” This week, Sam unveiled the fiery video for his current single, “Break Up in a Small Town.” While the release from Sam’s record label simply says the concert is to celebrate “an exceptional year,” it promises more details to come soon.

Sam competes for three CMA Awards at this year’s ceremony November 4, airing at 8 p.m. ET on ABC,  before vying for three more trophies at the American Music Awards on November 22, also at 8 p.m. on ABC.
