Image Courtesy Martin GuitarsThomas Rhett plays three Martin guitars when he’s on tour, so it’s a natural fit for him to be named as the newest artist in the Martin Ambassador Program. The campaign recognizes artists who have an “understanding and appreciation of the guitar’s history and craftsmanship.” Dierks Bentley, Hunter Hayes, Ed Sheeran and Colbie Caillat are among the other artists in the Martin Ambassador Program.
Thomas says, “When I started playing, I knew I’d need a quality guitar. It’s such an honor for Martin to be so supportive of my career and ask me to be one of their Ambassadors.”
Thomas recently toured the Martin factory in Nazareth, PA to meet the guitar’s craftsmen and women. He also began discussions about creating his own custom Martin guitar.
