Pulitzer Prize-winning biographer Jon Meacham wrote Tim’s profile story, and calls the country star “a kind of Renaissance man in a cowboy hat.”
The Time article applauds Tim for his continued success in country music with hits like “Shotgun Rider” and “Diamond Rings and Old Bar Stools.” The writer also point out Tim’s love of reading “serious novels and history.”
Look for Tim to continue his film career with the new movie, Tomorrowland, coming out next month.
