Sunshine SachsTrisha Yearwood‘s home in Brentwood, Tennessee — just south of Nashville — is on the market for $2.2 million. As Trisha prepares to spend more time in Nashville with her husband, Garth Brooks, they’ll be living on his land north of town.
She tells The Tennessean, “It doesn’t make sense to have all of it.”
Trisha goes to on to say she hasn’t lived in the home consistently for a while, but she calls it a “safe haven” in Nashville.
“It’s a great house, and everybody that I know is like, ‘Oh, I love that house,'” Trisha says. “And I’m like, ‘I know, but someone should be living in it all the time and enjoying it.’ So, it’s time to do it.”
The more than 6,500-square-foot home includes five bedrooms and six baths.
