The Kansas Board of Regents will meet Wednesday at the Curtis State Office Building in Topeka.

Blake Flanders, president and CEO of the Kansas Board of Regents, will present the annual Foresight 2020 progress report.

Foresight 2020 is a 10-year strategic agenda for the state’s public higher education system that includes goals to increase higher education attainment, improve economic alignment and ensure state university excellence.

The research universities, including Kansas State University, will present to the Regents on faculty workload and the promotion and career path of faculty.

Matt Casey, director of government relations, will provide an update on the 2018 legislative session.
