Photo Credit: Danny ClinchFans will get a once-in-a-lifetime chance to visit Willie Nelson’s private ranch in Luck, Texas during this year’s South by Southwest festival. He’ll headline the Luck Banquet on Friday, March 18, during the South by Southwest music festival, which takes place March 11-20 in nearby Austin.
The event will showcase 20 acts on two stages, all on the grounds where the movie Red Headed Stranger was filmed. The first will be in a revival-style tent next to the town’s chapel, while the main stage will overlook the front porch of Willie’s private “World Headquarters.”
Pop-up shops, food trucks from Austin and drinks in the town saloon are also part of the experience. A separate Chef’s Pot Luck dinner is set for Thursday, March 17 as well. Watch for ticket details at luckbanquet.com.
