A nursing student in Pennsylvania sued her college because she failed her class twice.The woman sued Misericordia University for $75,000 in damages saying her professor didn’t do enough to help her pass the course.She suffers from anxiety and depression which makes it difficult for her to concentrate, and she claims the school violated the Federal Rehabilitation Act.
