The long and winding legal battle for Morgan Wallen and his Nashville bar is finally over.

No, not THAT legal battle. The chair throwing incident was closed last week with the singer pleading “conditionally guilty” to reduced charges after nearly injuring police officers who were on the sidewalk outside.

Morgan has been fighting with the Nashville Metro Council over his efforts to install a 20′ sign on the exterior of his “Morgan Wallen’s This Bar and Kitchen”. The council originally rejected permission last spring, right after the chair throwing incident. But apparently they had a change of heart now that Wallen’s moved past that legal issue.

For his part, Morgan’s been keeping a low profile lately. He skipped the CMA Awards show but did address his legal situation on social media, opening up about the “highs and lows” in his career.
