June is not only the time for Father’s Day, but a lot of people plane their vacations around this time of year.
Cody Johnson, who is the proud dad to two daughters, like to get away with his family for some fun. Cody grew up a lake guy, but has converted to a beach and ocean guy as he likes to head down to the Gulf Shores.
Cody shares, “We like to go to Fort Morgan, Alabama…it’s near Gulf Shores, and we’ll spend about 10-12 day just no shoes, sitting on the beach, and hanging out and grilling and pretending that the rest of the world doesn’t exist. Just hanging out at the beach, it’s so relaxing and so therapeutic. I grew up on a lake, and we always fished and stuff like that, but I never realized I was a beach guy, but I could sit on a beach with a cocktail and watch those waves for hours.”
Cody says “Being a girl dad is pretty much the best. Happy Father’s Day to all the daddies out there!”
