If you skip breakfast three times a week then you’re more like to snack throughout the day. and often times, those snacks are unhealthy and can cause weight gain.
People can actually gain an extra 26 pounds a year if they are missing that important first meal of the day!
In addition to weight gain, skipping breakfast causes many to lack energy in the morning and leave them feeling grumpy.
Many people just don’t feel hungry first thing in the morning while others would rather get extra sleep than prepare breakfast. But, a healthy breakfast encourages you to make healthy decisions through the rest of the day. if you’re on the go, it’s better to wait until you get to work to have that breakfast rather than skipping to go for something convenient and unhealthy later in the day.
