Google put out it’s annual Year in Search, with the top searches for 2020 not really much of a surprise.
Well, unless you forgot certain things happened during 2020, which is understandable.
The top 10 searches for the year:
- Election Results
- Coronavirus
- Kobe Bryant
- Coronavirus updates
- Zoom
- Who is winning the election
- Naya Rivera (The Glee actress who passed away in July)
- Chadwick Boseman
- Playstation 5
One of those things is not like the other, one of those things just doesn’t belong.
Some other searches of note include “where is Kansas City” being in the top “where is” search questions. The top “how to” search was “how to make hand sanitizer”.
Weirdly, the top “why” question was “why were chainsaws invented?”
Don’t even know what to do with that one.
