If you’ve seen any of the pictures or videos from California, you’ve seen the devastation of the wildfires which have decimated entire neighborhoods. Not only are thousands of people homeless, but pets have also been separated from their humans and are winding up a shelters.
Miranda Lambert’s MuttNation teamed up with Tractor Supply and raised more than $200 thousand dollars. The funds will go to several shelters to help care for all the extra pets they’ve had to take in. More than 400 additional animals are being housed, including a 5-day puppy that was found under a collapsed building.
Miranda took to social media to thank all the donors. “Natural disasters often leave more pets without homes and put extra pressure on shelters. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished”.
