We can’t believe this was even an issue, but a landlord in Germany refused to refund a man’s security deposit because he insisted on standing up to pee as opposed to sitting down, and some of the splashes from that ultimately led to damage of the marble tile around the toilet. So, the man sued the landlord and, rightfully so, the judge sided with the man.
