Katy Perry’s “flame” dress from the Super Bowl halftime show was made of detailed patent leather worth $15,000 to $20,000, according to fashion designer Jeremy Scott.
He collaborated with Katy for two months on each costume design!
Her finale dress cost $15,000, and it had to be easily slipped on in just 45 seconds.
