Seriously, though, Hollywood does seem to be completely out of original ideas.
There’s a new “Little House on the Prairie” reboot in the works. Which is about all anyone really knows right now, though this is straight up reboot instead of sequel.
It’s the end of the year. Non-news is news until at least mid-January.
The original ran from 1974 to 1983 on NBC and was, obviously, based on the books by Laura Ingalls Wilder.
I read those in school. They were…books that I read in school.
Anyway, look for the probably gritty, realistic take on “Little House” coming to…I don’t know. HBOMax probably.
Actually, I wouldn’t hate a “Hell on Wheels” take on “Little House”…
