Luke Combs revealed in a recent interview that he was once rejected by “The Voice”. And he kept the rejection letter on his wall as motivation. Looks like that worked out pretty well for him.
Strangely enough, the show’s producers thought he had a great voice. According to the letter, he was turned down because the letter essentially said he was a great singer, but “this is a show and we need entertainment value…and you just don’t really have a story.
As it turns out, Luke ended up with a great story!
