The countdown is on to Santa’s big trip around the world and, for the 66th year, the North American Aerospace Defense Command will be manning the Santa Tracker.

The NORAD Santa Tracker website is already live in preparation for Christmas Even, with a full interactive Santa’s Village for you to explore.

And then, starting at 3 a.m. CST on Friday, you can visit the site to see Santa’s preparations for his flight, with a planned 5 a.m. departure from the North Pole. To get the updates, you can call 1-877-Hi-NORAD (1-877-446-6723) and get updates from the radar operators, though you may not get a live person. Due to COVID concerns, few phone operators will be available.

You can also track Santa through the NORAD Santa app, or by asking your Amazon Alexa where he is in his journey.
