The hostess with the mostest is back!
The Academy of Country Music announced that Reba McEntire will once again host the show, which is set to air live from Frisco, Texas on May 8th. This year’s event will mark the 60th anniversary of the ceremony, and the 3rd year that it’s been held at “The Star”, an event venue that also serves as the training home of the Dallas Cowboys. Team president Jerry Jones said “Having an amazing icon of music and entertainment in Reba back for another year as host just sets this up to be one of the best ever and the Ford Center will be home to Country Music’s biggest and brightest stars once again.”
Reba took to social media to make the announcement, posting “I’m returning to host the ACM Awards this May and couldn’t be more excited! This will be her 18th year of hosting.
