ICYMI…Morgan Wallen did not stick around in NYC Saturday Night.
After his stint as musical guest on this weekend’s episode of Saturday Night Live, Morgan could be seen leaving the stage during the closing credits. A little later, he posted a picture of (we assume) his transportation at the airport with the caption “get me to God’s Country”.
Fans had noticed something off earlier in the week, when promos for the program seemed to show Morgan as rather uninterested. Several fans called the promos “cringe-worthy”
As for Morgan, no official statement yet but sources close to him are calling it an “honest mistake”.
I’ve heard hotels in NYC are expensive…but he could probably swing it.
