If you buy the house, she comes WITH it . . . as your new WIFE. Her husband died 15 years ago, and she says she’s been lonely ever since . . . so now she’s using her house as leverage to find a new husband.
She says she’s totally serious about being a package deal with the house . . . and her real estate ad says, quote, “Only for serious buyers and without negotiation.”
