Warner Music NashvilleIf you can’t get enough of Brett Eldredge, you’re gonna love the new video for “Drunk on Your Love.” Inspired by the 1996 Michael Keaton movie Multiplicity, the clip finds multiple incarnations of the Illinois singer fighting for the hand of the same lady. Along the way, just like in the film, some of Brett’s clones– cop, florist, chef and taxi driver– get a little out of control.

“The video is a lot of fun and I’m playing multiple versions of me so there were a lot of wardrobe and location changes,” he says. “My favorite character was playing Officer Brett. I got to arrest my brother and rough him up a little so that was fun. I had to cuff him but for the life of me I could not figure out how to work the handcuffs,” he laughs.

Shot in Charleston, South Carolina, the video also gave Brett the chance to use his multiple personalities for good. He commandeered the wares of his florist persona, taking to the streets to “flower bomb” unsuspecting strangers with roses and carnations, documenting the adventure on YouTube and Instagram.

People premiered the video on Thursday. It expands to CMT on Friday.

Brett heads to Ireland and the United Kingdom for four dates next month, before joining Keith Urban’s RipCORD Tour with Maren Morris in June.
