“It’s been a banner year for me so far, and extremely life changing for my family and me,” the “Power of Positive Drinkin’” singer says. “First time I’ve even been nominated at the ACM’s… It’s pretty unreal. I’ve been on tour with my pal Blake Shelton, and the response has been overwhelmingly amazing. I’m fulfilling my goals daily, and over the past 12 months I’ve achieved so many of the things I’ve wanted to do in music– getting to be on the radio in a big way, getting to be on national TV shows playing music, and playing to millions of fans. I’m humbled by all of this and I hope it goes on forever.”
Chris is up for three awards at the Academy of Country Music Awards April 3 in Las Vegas. You can catch his Tuesday night performance on Conan at 11 p.m. ET on TBS.
