Bob D’Amico / ABCThis week, CMA Music Festival takes over downtown Nashville.  But even if you can’t make it to Music City for the biggest four days in country music, you can relive the excitement  on August 16, when ABC airs its annual three-hour special documenting the event.

This year, Thomas Rhett and Kelsea Ballerini will host, leading fans through the nightly concerts at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium. For 2017, the show is also undergoing a bit of a metamorphosis, changing its name from CMA Music Festival:  Country’s Night to Rock to CMA Fest: The Music Event of Summer.

You can check out the twelfth edition of the CMA special Wednesday, August 16 starting at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
