Imagte Courtesy Valory Music Co.Justin Moore‘s three-year-old daughter Kennedy is emerging as the funny one among his three daughters.
“It’s really not any specific thing. It’s just the way she says things. We’re all convinced that she’s a comedic genius because her timing is impeccable.”
Kennedy is pretty stubborn, too. Justin recently took the little one along when he headlined a show at the Houston Rodeo, and he ended up buying her a cowboy hat to wear at the event.
Says Justin, “[It] kinda looked like mine.”
Kennedy loved the hat so much she kept it on the entire day and refused to take it off the next day back home in Arkansas.
Justin recalls, “She would not take it off. Drove my wife, [Kate], crazy. She’s like, ‘OK, it’s cute, but you have to take this off eventually.’ So, I think [Kennedy] may be turning into a little cowgirl, which is awesome.”
As for the Houston Rodeo gig, Justin was thrilled to perform for the huge crowd in the main arena for the first time.
“It was pretty special,” Justin says. “They give you the belt buckle to commemorate [the performance], which I told them, ‘I may be the only artist y’all given this to that’ll actually wear this thing. So, thank you,’ but what a huge honor and opportunity that was.”
Justin is on the road with Miranda Lambert‘s Certified Platinum tour all weekend long.
