This week, she returns to the show that brought her national acclaim with nearly ten years of music business experience and her own CMT reality show under her belt, not to mention a 2013 mirror ball trophy for winning ABC’s Dancing with the Stars.
“It was so great to… see some of my old friends and make a few news ones. I have always been so appreciative of the opportunity to be on Idol and of the doors that show opened for me. And, to be asked back to mentor and perform with a few of the final season’s contestants was a true honor,” she says.
