Big MachineRascal Flatts‘ new album, Rewind, comes out Tuesday, but the guys made a point to be home Sunday for Mother’s Day. The celebration is even more special for band member Joe Don Rooney, whose wife Tiffany is expecting their third child. Joe Don plans to get the couple’s two children, Jagger and Raquel, in on the Mother’s Day planning.
He tells ABC News Radio, “I’m gonna put together a little picnic lunch and have the kids make it. I want them to make the meal and go take ’em out to the park and have Tiff come with us, if Tiff’ll go. If she won’t, we’ll just do it by ourselves.”
Joe Don doesn’t expect the kids to put together a gourmet meal though.
He says with a laugh, “I’m telling ya. It’s Goldfish. It’s Chex Mix. Everything. It’s a snack attack. Well, she’s pregnant she’ll eat anything right now.”
