ABC/Image Group LAWith multiple nominations at both last year’s CMAs and the upcoming Academy of Country Music Awards, newcomer Kelsea Ballerini is no stranger to the red carpet. In fact, she’s an admitted, lifelong awards show junkie. Though she didn’t end up being nominated for a Grammy at this Monday’s ceremony in Los Angeles, she says she’s actually excited for what will likely be her last chance to sit on the sidelines.

“I love awards shows and I love the Grammys. I’m not gonna go, but I love — and I’ve always loved growing up — watching awards shows on my couch, with like a snack tray and my dog,” she reveals. “And I’m very lucky to get to go to most of them now, but that one, I think I’m gonna take one last time and sit in my pajamas with my dog and watch it from the couch and just love it, from that perspective!”

When asked who she’s rooting for, the “Dibs” hitmaker goes with one of the Best New Artist nominees, who’ll also be performing on the show.

“Tori Kelly. She’s one of my friends and I think she’s just such an incredible artist,” she says.

If you plan to join Kelsea with some snacks on the sofa, the 58th Annual Grammy Awards start at 8 p.m. ET Monday on CBS.
