A Manhattan man was arrested last Friday on a charge of lewd and lascivious conduct, according to the Riley County Police Department.
Officers filed the report just before 3 p.m. July 3 at the Manhattan City pool.
Douglas Michael Bierly, 25, of Manhattan, was arrested just after 3 p.m. at the same location.
Bierly was issued a total bond of $8,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
